For visiting patients

Everything you need to know before you visit.

Whether it's your first time with us or you've been visiting for years, here's how to prepare, what to bring, and how to book.

Planning your visit

How to prepare and what to bring.

A little preparation makes your visit smoother and helps your doctor focus on what matters most — you.

Before you arrive

Contact us ahead of time via WhatsApp, phone or email so we can advise on the best type of appointment and any preparation needed.

  • · Write down any symptoms, questions or medications.
  • · Confirm your appointment time and whether you need to fast or bring test results.
  • · Let us know if you have any accessibility needs.
Walk-ins welcome. Feeling unwell and need to be seen urgently? Walk in during opening hours (non-emergency only).

What to bring

  • · Photo ID (passport or driver's licence).
  • · Any health insurance card or membership details.
  • · A list of your current medications, or the medicines themselves.
  • · Recent test results, referral letters or discharge summaries.
  • · Payment method (cash, card, or ready to pay online).
Arriving with children? Please bring their immunisation record and any information from school or a previous doctor.
During & after your appointment

What to expect in the clinic.

Our team is here to guide you through every step — from check-in to follow-up.

During your appointment

  • · You'll be called to see your doctor or nurse in a consultation room.
  • · Feel free to ask questions and take notes.
  • · Your clinician may recommend tests, medication or follow-up visits.
Your voice matters. If anything is unclear, please ask us to explain again. We want you to leave feeling confident.

After your visit

  • · Collect any prescriptions or referral letters from reception.
  • · Confirm your next follow-up or how we will share results.
  • · Complete our online feedback form to comment on your experience.
